For items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defect, or shipped out in error, please send them back to us for full credit onto your store account.
Other returns will be subjected up to 30% restocking fee. All returns should be within 10 days of package receipt date. Please use packing pads if possible or smallCST packing method as possible.

1, Login to your account and go to My Account then click request return menu or click here request return
2. Click on the order # where your returning item(s) was(were) packaged
3. You will see the products included in your order, select the item(s) and input quantity you wish to return.
4. Enter a comment on each item you are returning, reason and detail description.
5. Submit “Request Return”
6. After submitting request, you will be direct to a page with Return Order Number, Please print the page.
7. Prepared the item(s) you are returning and include the printed page with Return Order Number
8. Send it back to us.

* The store credit earned from returned items can be applied to next order by clicking "use mileage" before entering shipping information. The credit will be subtracted from the total amount.
* Please use cheapest shipping method to send the returned items, for SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE CREDITED due to the mileage customers earn from each order. Customers earn 1% mileage per order which will cover such miscellaneous costs as shipping fees for returned items.
